Set up on Saturday, June 1std from 8 AM to 10 AM only. Friday set up by special request.
Breakdown at 4 PM on Saturday, not before.
Vendors (cars, trailers, flatbeds) will first unload at the Community Center or Fireman’s Park and then proceed to the designated parking lot. The public will be parking in front of the RH Livingston Community Center and the remaining black top parking area.
After the festival is over, all trash from your booth is to be bagged and left at the location of your booth.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own equipment, electric available upon request. Complete Vendor Application on the next page. Make a copy for yourself and return the original with a check made payable to: EMGC (Enchanted Mountain Garden Club of Allegany)
Location of the festival will be at the RH Livingston Community Center and Fireman’s Park. Vendors will be assigned space inside the Community Center on a first come first serve basis. Outside vendors will need a tent. Some outside vendors (again first come first serve will be under the outdoor pergola, in this case, not requiring a tent.
The Enchanted Mountain Garden Club Hospitality table will be located in the Community Center.

This form must be received BEFORE March 31, 2019. With your approved application and payment, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the application and an email the week prior to the event with an event map, parking information, your assigned spot and other details for the day.
